Is this a T28 Turbo ?

Hi guys I was searching Ebay for some used T28 and I found one with a good deal

but I wasnt sure if this is a T25 or a T28 reason I asked was because I asked the Seller
if this is Direct Swap for the 2G Eclipse and will this be able to bolt on without any install kit like the 16G and 14B.

His Reply was
"Ill be honest Im dumb when it comes 2 Turbos but Ill try 2 find out for you.."

So I thought this was very Suspecious, please help me out I dont want to end up buying a T25.

from the Picture the turbo looks very new to me so I was thinking its very possible is a T28??

That sure as hell isnt a mitsubishi turbo

Ask him to get a picture with the compressor wheel visible. It's hard to tell from that photo.

That's defidently not a bolt on t28. It's problaby one off a Nissan or somthing.

Yeah, the compressor outlet is wrong and the manifold area doesn't look like any of the T-28's I've seen is wrong as well. This turbo is definately not a name-brand bolt-on for a DSM, so be careful!

Looks like a turbo for an N/T. It sure isnt a mitsu turbo though.

The wastegate actuator is different as well.
