how do you like it? your's the exact same one I have in the picture right? this is a "big" t28 and not just a regular t28?
so you moving to an evo3? damn...so i should just return this and add like $300 more and get an evo3?

anyone wants to buy this off me? $450 shipped =) NO shaft play at all.

i'd try out that turbo before you sell it, in case you really like it. i want an evo3 because i'm not really sure if mine is a "big" or not. all i know is my turbo starts to spool up at 2500 rpm's and holds its boost all the way to redline.

Great for AWD cars because o the quick spoolup and insta-power. A nice tire-eater for FWD's! Get a 16G.

Give it a shot, it's a great turbo for quick spoolup and decent power. I run one myself in the GSX.

As stated above, you might get wheelspin due to the sudden onset of power.

alright, guess im going to give this turbo a try.
ill put it in tomorrow because i have some essays to write today, FINALS!!
ill let you guys know how the install goes and how this turbo performs.

i got some rota's slipstream on falken azenis sports, hopefully that will help a little bit with traction :)
the 15" rotas fits the eclipse brakes and rotors right? havn't put it on yet.

does anyone knows what compressor wheel and turbine wheel is being used in this turbo?
can someone really confirm this is a real big t28?

It's difficult to tell for sure, but to me it doesn't. But I can only compare it to mine from Slowboy. The compressor inlet looks like it still the same inner diameter as the T-25, it should be machined larger. Measure it and see. Contact Extreme and see if they have ever sold T-28's unported. It seems a little strange to me that they would.

its only ported where the compressor wheel sits....should the whole compressor inlet be ported? and only by a little to fit the compressor wheel...

The compressor inlet was machined wider on my big28. There was also some machine work done to the turbine side, but it's not visible unless you take the turbine housing off.

I was talking about the turbine (exhaust) inlet. It still has the "ring step." I had to work all weekend so I should get a chance to measure the compressor outlet soon.
