is there a cat or not?

im new to dsm scene and i just bought a 98 gst spyder, i am planing on buying a N1 catbat exhuast system from apexi and a N1 down pipe, now will i still need to buy a high flow cat or do they come in the cat-back system and downpipe, if not what do i do?

If you are getting the apexi n1 downpipe, it will eliminate the cat. I have the apexi exhaust and downpipe, what i did was order a 3" high flow cat and got it welded on.
