Yeah, I got that. This is the part that worries me:

"Then I looked at the cams and the intake cam was about 4 or 5 teeth off so I tried moving the cam the ghetto way and went the wrong way. Then I finally got them back on track and now the compeasion is 100 on all four cylinders."

Based on all that, I'd say it's time for a new timing belt, so that you can get it installed correctly.

Ok so I did a compression test and I had 125 on all four cylinders. (On a brand new 8:1 motor) Then I looked at the cams and the intake cam was about 4 or 5 teeth off so I tried moving the cam the ghetto way and went the wrong way. Then I finally got them back on track and now the compeasion is 100 on all four cylinders.

whats the ghetto way?

Ok so this is weird. I was accendently was using the 10* mark and I was building boost with feeling it. Checked the marks again today and realized they were off. So I put them pb right. Now I'm back to building boost and not filling it. So I do a leak down test and none of the valve where leaking and I was getting minimal blow by it might even be the pvc valve

Start looking over your turbo. Do another BLT. There's gotta be somethin leaking. Check your compressor housing, and all that good stuff

Bacon Lettuce Tomato Sammich!!! FTW that might make you so happy you for get all about it!!

I reciently had a similar problem with mine. first my car was'nt reaching full boost for a few weeks. no leaks anywhere. the car still drove fine though. after a few weeks i started to notice smoke when boosting. about a week later I took a 2 hour drive down to a buddies house, on the way home I was getting back onto the mass pike and I gave it some gas and the car made a loud squeeling noise" only when it would normally start boosting, around 3400rpm " I had NO POWER what so ever and got no boost at all. I actually thought my fuel pump was dieing due to the loud squeeling sound " it sounded like a fuel pump on steroids.. I limped it home took it apart and checked the shaft play on the turbo. I could move it all over the place and could see where the fins were hitting the housing... obviously the turbo was shot. I hope this is'nt your problem but thats kinda how mine started sooo....

If you have a new motor why would you throw a old belt on, if you are off that many teeth it most likely time to have bent valves believe me I have been there before...
