Is there 2 different types of E85??

AT the gas station down the road from my house the pump has 2 different types of E85 does anyone know the difference. One says E85 the other say E85 R+M

E85 doesn't really have a measurable octane rating because it's only 15% gasoline, so I think they're full of shit on that second decal.
