Regina,
I am having some mixed signals as far as the symtoms to my car i dont kow what it could be im thinkin 02 sensor. For one my A/F gauge is stuck in the max rich the only time it ever moves is when i turn off my car and i here the ECU click off them it scans all the way back the lean and shuts off, the power wire for the gauge is hooked up to a accessory wire on my cd player. Anyway my datalogger readings are as follows: 02-R - is jumpy all the time from like .03 to .08 at idle, the 02-F is at a constant 3.49, on the graph is a straight line all the time. FT02 is a constant up down, up down, all the way across the graph the same as the 02-R. sorry for the book but i dont want to spend money on a 02 sensor if thats not the problem, need some info, thanks.

Unplug the sensor and relog. Make sure that the O2 value changes. As long as it reads .00 or close to, your sensor is gone. Otherwise, you may have a wiring or ECU issue.
