is oil pump bad??

I agree, that the problem may be the back balance shaft bearing, or there could be a problem with the oil pump itself.

The only way to confirm where the problem lies, will be to disassemble and inspect the components in question.
 
ive got the oil pump plate and shaft out of the car and it is still pretty hard to spin . i had just rebuilt the motor 1200 miles ago and it already ate up the main bearings and my balnce shaft bearings . i cant really pinpoint what happened? it was a new crank with new rod and main bearings and we even checked the clearances?
