In other words, this is what it needs done to run:

Needs a transmission computer.
Needs a timing belt tensioner.
Needs new bolts for the front brake calipers.
Needs to have the engine computer reconnected.
Needs to have injectors and regulators reinstalled. Along with the intake piping…
Needs an exhaust system...

For $600 do you think it would be worth it? And if not, for what price? And EVEN THEN, why not?

Just want to here some feed back from the people who own these cars...

Thanks!

I think if you look hard enough you could find some thing better for that price. You could search a little in this site and find out that many of us just paid a few bucks for our rides. Personally I only paid 350$ for mine with some minor problems.

That car looks like a lot of work to get it started. In my opinion not worth it. My .02. And besides it's an auto, try searching for a manual one.

Man, you got a mess under that hood. I would look around a little more. And my reasoning for saying to pass, is because the guy has a FRAM oil filter on it... I hate FRAM. Also, all the exposed wiring all over the place makes it seem like he was trying to figure out a problem, and just gave up... If you are going to buy someone else's headache, I'd offer 300 bucks.

Wow I can't get a break. Minnesota isn't know for it's well kept DSMs... Oh, and DSMs aren't very "bountiful" if that is the word and how it is spelt...

If the motor compression tests OK, it might not be a real bad deal @ 600. The clump of wires sitting on the driver floor looks scary, unless they are not from the car.

Auto trannys are stronger than the manuals, but are not as fun to drive. Maybe shoot for 500 and see how it goes. If anything, you could part it out and make your money back

The engine doesn't run..... And the wires are from the car...

That is a pile of complete junk. You'll find better.

The question is though, where?

dont pay over 300 for it....I'm betting something is really messed up with it......It looks like he thought tearing it apart but had a second thought and said #### that!

The ower is just putting the ad on Craigslist... His brother was doing the work... So, I don't know if that tells you anything but..... Yeah.

Well, you could do what I did. Search on craigslist on another states and ship it to yours. If you ask around it is not that expensive to have a car ship to you. Just find a friend or relative to buy it(other state) and then ship it. I paid around 400$ to ship mine from SO.CA. to WA state.

...messeged the guy and told him you guys were all saying no less then $300 and he said "I'll just sell it for parts.." Ah well... Saves me $600!

Thanks guys!

God bless.
