internal or external WG

Hi everyone. I was wondering if someone could tell me the advantages and disadvantages of going with the external wastegate. Also what are the differences between the two and what do you suggest. My talon is a daily driver but a frequent visitor to the track on weekends. Thanx a lot to everyone in advance!
