2G Interior light issue

So My dash lights, center console lights and instrument cluster lights are not working. I've checked both the fuse panel under the dash and under the hood and nothing is blown. Also when I click the lock button I hear what looks like a fuse click that's under the steering wheel but that's it the passenger side will no unlock. It looks as though an after market security system was installed cause there's a little button I can press as well but I don't know what it does. Any ideas?

the fuse may not be blown, but it can be a little dirty? make sure its clean, because my eclipse has the same problem, and I checked for the blown fuse, nope. then I took a very close look at each fuse. it was really dirty, you either replace it or sand it so you can see shiny metal. I hope this works bud!

Or check each fuse with an ohm meter. Also check the grounds.
