The lights on my heater controls/ac etc.on the center dash stopped working. Everything else on the car works. The speedometer etc. is fine. And the weird thing is that the AC (little snowflake button) still lights up, but thats it!

Does anyone know why my lights might be out?

I couldn't find a fuse for it in the fuse box....might there be another?

There's one bulb that lights that whole cluster.

Those have a host of their own bulbs

That's an LED inside the switch.

If it's all the bulbs, I'd look for a loose connector. The AC switch, defroster button and emergency flasher switches all have their own bulbs inside the switches themselves. The backlighting for the HVAC controls is a separate bulb.

The fuse would take out all the dash lighting.
Has anyone been dicking with the radio, or anything else in the dash or console?

I know this is a very old thread but i have the same exact problem. None of my heater lights come on and the heater and AC both do not work at all. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Old thread, I apologize.. But I have the SAME EXACT problem as well. I checked all the fuses and they are good, so Im going to take the dash apart tomorrow and see if theres any blown bulbs. Any input?

I'm having the same problem as well, I guess this is common in DSM's? I usually have to smack my dash a little and then they light up, I'm afraid to take apart my dash because I might loose something soooo... where is the connector or does anyone know a true fix for it? its not on the vfaq.
