HVAC lights and DIMMER SWITCH don't work???

anyone know how to fix the dimmer switch? I turn the knob, but it doesn't change the brightness on my instrument panel (gauges).

Also, the instrument gauges light up fine, but my hvac lights don't work at all. The only light i see that works is the AC switch.

yano its only 1 bulb that lights up the entire HVAC panel ? it may just be burned out.

Replace the pot.

Single bulb, replace.
