Interior Dash Lights?

Just bought a 95GST eclipse, Found this site from the car. It has ""DSMTuners.com"" on the side windows. Dont know much about it but im going to learn soon.. It does not have any interior dash lights that come on when you turn the lights on,(not even the ones for the switches on in the middle) I was under the dash last night and found plenty of wires that were not being used, but could not find any for the lights or to get power to them. They came on for a period of time the other day but i pulled in the driveway,and turned the car off and then turned it back on and they were still on, came out the next day and nothing.. any ideas?

sorry to ask the obvious, but did you check the fuses?

Yes checked fuse's, pulled out the dash cluster to make sure all bulbs were in it, and a few were'nt so i went to the junkyard and replaced the ones that were missing.. and still nothing, but it really does'nt make sense when it came on the other day for no reason at a redlight and i came home turned the car off (turbo timer is set for 30 secs) it went off.. then turned it back on and still had lights.. came out the next day and no lights on the dash..
