Can anyone let me know if a small pinhole in a FMIC will effect performance a great deal?.
I plan on running a EVOIII 16g with no more than 20lbs boost and would like to know if the FMIC would handle this. The IC is rated at 655 cfm and has a 25 x 7 x 2.8 core.

Any boost leak is not good.

Unfortunately my friend a pin hole is going to give you leakage of some sort. Wether it be a small or large hole.
