Intake manifold to SMIM sensors?

Well there really aren't any sensors on the intake manifold itself, and the throttle body sensors stay on the throttle body, unless you are switching to an aftermarket throttle body. The SMIM should have all the vacuum ports you need as well if it is one of the popular ones.

Where would the manifold differential pressure sensor go to if I use a SMIM? What sensors are needed if I go mustang throttle body? What do I do with the TPS sensor?

I would use a 1g throttle body, it's a much easier upgrade and has been used on numerous engines up to 700whp. The JMF SMIM has the option to mount the factor MDP sensor.

I want to run 3" intercooler piping so the 75mm mustang t/b would be good for me. Any ideas what kind of sensor to use on the mustang t/b? Where would you mount the MDP sensor if you don't buy the option? Is there a way to not have it or something?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the only way to eliminate it without getting a cel is with Dsmlink or a standalone.

3" intercooler pipes are overkill for 99% of us, there isn't a noticeable gain or loss when using them, except that it costs more for the pipe, couplers, and the throttle body. I don't see the point in spending money where it isn't needed. You would use the mustang TPS sensor, but be aware that most of the mustang throttle bodies leak at the throttle shaft, and most will break the shaft if they aren't setup correctly. You need some kind of throttle stop to keep them from breaking. You also lose idle control, unless you get the FFTEC adapter, or have a standalone ecu to run the Ford IAC.
