On the stock intake manifold there is a rubber hose that goes into int from the valve cover, and then one comming from back of the manifold going to go knows where. Now on the dejon tool smim There are all of the vac line hook ups (3) of them, but just one hook up that is big enough for those rubber tubes. My question is, which one of those are important? What will i need to block off?

The one hose from the valve cover is the pcv hose ... the pcv hose isnt important but you will probably want to get a oil catch can and just run the the pcv hose to the oil catch can ... and the other hose sounds to me like the brake booster so that ones definatly important hope that helps
