I put a new intake manifold gasket on and it leaks like crazy when I do a boost leak test. I'm sure all the bolts were tight. I'm using a metal gasket similar to the one from diamondstarmotorsport.com and I was wondering if I should put sealant on it or copper spray it to make it seal better? Any advice is welcome!

Make sure both surfaces are clean you should not need a sealant. But if you are having trouble I would use a copper see if that works. Becareful with the bolts into the head they will strip out just keep it in mind while tightening.

make sure you tightened them starting at the middle and working your way out, if you do the incorrect pattern than it wont seal correctly

also you dont need silicon sealant or copper spray if it is a crush type gasket, as in there is a raised area that gets crushed down when you torque it.... otherwise you do
