what year car do u have cause mine is a 90 tsi thats crazy insureance rates i had a saturn i just sold that was all tricked out and very ricefied the insure on that was only like 65 a month and i am only 18 i just think this is crazy.

How's your driving record?? Progressive had the lowest rates for me because my record isn't exactly amazing . I pay $650/6 months for full on my '93 TSi and liability on a 1988 Crown Victoria

try 21st century, when i had full coverage on my car i was only paying 900 for six months. but now i only have liability, i dont drive the car much so thats why and i only pay about 300 for six months. cheap shit huh

My dad pays 250 every 6 months on my 90 eclipse under his name and 300 every 6 on my 88 grand marquis... I don't have any tickets yet either so that helps.... I think we have state farm and they're pretty good

Wantage, NJ is east bumble####. I live about 45minutes away in Jersey and still pay a lot, but nothing like that.

On my parents plan, that includes my sister as well....we all have no points on our licenses....I was paying 120-130 for liability on a '94 Honda Del Sol S.

wow u guys are getting screwed horribly. I pay $84 every 6 months on my auto 96 gst. My dad put himself as the primary driver and im 17. He did it so i wouldnt get screwed horribly but i got two BS speeding tickets and so now im sure it will go up. Its funny tho, my POS beater car is already $150 more every 6 months. Im sure it will go up alot more.

Im 30 with a not so perfect record and I only pay $3000/yr for liability on my 1g and full coverage on my mustang gt. This is directly from my policy renew I just got in the mail yesterday.
Incidently, I just tapped a gaurdrail Sunday night with the mustang. I am going to pay for the repairs out of my pocket so my insurance doesnt increase.

If you live in Michigan and modify your car, Progressive wont insure you.
Just a heads up. If you plan on modifying your car, dont even think about looking to Progressive for coverage. I've found Allstate to be the cheapest for me.

my insurance is $77 a month for my nissan 300zx and my taurus was only $18 a month me (17) as primary driver on both, this is only liability... full coverage was insane im thru american standard ... they are the only one that would insure me, and have no tickets
my tsi is going to be about $80 a month when i get it out on the road.

You're absolutely right. I'll be sure to take a buddy of mine away from Progressive as well. He shells out ~$3,000/6 months for his GTI. Also clean record.

sorry but i pay 560 every 6months for full coverage...woot woot....i have 1 speeding ticket 2 years ago...accident 2 weeks prior to that ....it was a nasty first couple months with licence..but i'm under my parents plan and they gots alot of tickets so i have no idea why mines so low...i'm paying 90 bucks more than my accord 3 months ago

I'm in the Army gaurd too and i just recently switched too USAA which is only available to people in the service. I pay 700 every six months for full coverage on my 2000 xtreme and my 97 gsx with two tickets on my record.

The cheapest insurance in CAL and OR is Wawanesa Insurance. I was 21 and paid 1250 for 12 months.
After two years of being with them it went down to 850 for 12 months. Good insurance.

www.usaa.com provides insurance for members of the military. I don't know about prices but since you are in the Guard you could take a look.
