LOL i get raped on insurance,

305$ a month, im 21 had an accident 3.5 years ago, no tickets and a 1000$ deductable.

Looking at all your prices this just dosent add up for me.

Thats really high.....

People need to remember every state and whether or not you live in a city makes a big difference. Also, The COMPANY makes the biggest difference. My mom works for an insurance agency and it is amazing the difference in prices. SHOP AROUND!!!!!

theres no way you should be paying that. IMO getting liability or the cheapest insurance makes more sense if you cant find lower. Otherwise, you're payin the price of you car in a year or two seems stupid too me. though your right on the threashold because you have a 98 but its that much for N/T???

paying insurance every month is just throwing money away until you use it.
I've just had liabilty on every car i have had and currently own because none I purchased was over 5 grand. Even If i total my TSi tommorrow I've saved enough money on the insurance to buy a new one and then some.

I am on my own policy with 2 speeding tickets. 154$ a month for my camaro. I just turned 20 years old.

I am about to add a 1991 laser to it....the laser was a non-turbo car but a turbo engine/wiring harness/tranny was all installed into the car. So I'm hoping I will save some money adding the laser and dropping the camaro to rarely driven or whatever.

It would take me alot of money to get the laser as fast as my camaro BUT driving a chokeless carbed 350ci with decent gears really kills gas. Plus it has no air...hell doesn't ev en have heat. I need a beater!

yea my golf just spazzed out completely today. wouldnt go past 30 mph or shift between 1st and 2nd (it's an auto). then i was sitting at a stop sign in park trying to decide whether or not to go back home or try to get to work and this lady in a van pulls up behind me. so i have my foot on the brake and start pulling it into drive and it catches reverse and she's so damn close to me that i hit her. no damage or anything...but now she called my house claiming her headlight is loose and she might need her front bumper painted...which is total bullshit. 8 months without an accident and now this happens because of my piece of shit car. glad she's not calling my insurance company...i already am getting ripped off for liability without having an accident. so i take off my tranny fluid pan today and clean it and put it back on and start filling it with new fluid and BAM!!, it starts leaking out everywhere. so i got a bucket and let the nice clean fluid drain into that and jacked the car up a bit and just said screw it, i'll do it later. so who wants to buy the piece?

$150/month here, decent liability coverage w/Nationwide.

$69 a month for liability

19yrs old, my own policy, clean record, AIG

I'm probably going to swtich providers soon, AIG is a ripoff, I could be getting something a lot cheaper.

Geico charges me $2400 a year in the city for 92 Laser RS AWD, 90 Talon TSI AWD, and a 2003 Evo. 27 single and with one speeding ticket.

Just turned 25 and my insurance dropped to 160 every 6months for full covereage on my 93Tsi AWD....being old has its advantages.

HAHAHA i think i got the lowest so far :D yall should check out nationwide thats where i got my insurance at. and i checked for full coverage and its about 425 every 6 months :thumb:

I pay $30/month for liability. It is considered my 2nd car. With a wreckless driving, doing a wheelie on my bike, and 2 speeding tickets.

This might help you guys out.i have safeco and well i was paying alot more for my 97 gs. but we have a 91 buick and my parents put my name on that car instead of the eclipse and it droped ALOT ! nothing had changer here since im on my dads policy I just drive my eclipse....... so Im coved and able to drive all of our cars but im listed on the buick :D call and ask if you have a old car around you might save some money ! :thumb:

150 a month on my parents policy (my dad wrecked a brand new ford pickup about 3 years ago, it'll go down pretty soon hopefully)

$29 a month for me and my wife, with liability. Lots of tickets. One REALLY BAD ticket. Couple accidents. But I'm 29, and haven't had a ticket in about 4 or 5 years.

I pay 108.00 every month for 1990 Laser Turbo, and a 1996 Mercury Sable. I'm 23 on my own policy,(Progressive) with homeowners discount, and 3 tickets on my record. When I was 20 years old, I payed 287.00 a month for full coverage on my 1991 TSI AWD through progressive.....

I pay 160 a month . i am only covering my ass, my passengers and others people and there shit! If I crash ( knocking the wood) My car goes to the junkyard. I am not covering it cause will be too expensive. I am 20 and i am by my own. (that sucks!!!!!!!!!!)
by geico ( i hate that little animal. he is a expensive shit) :shhh:

Peace, Tito

Ok say you are a female, 18 years of age w/a 3.2 GPA, no accidents or tickets and have a 97-99 eclipse. How much would you be looking on spending monthly insurance, and how much difference would there be between having a GS or GS-T??? Or how much are you guys paying?
