They are supposed to arrive today and I want to put them in my block this weekend. Any tips/how to links out there that you guys would like to share? Also if anyone knows what the specs are for the piston rings that would be great. I ordered these, are they supposed to already be within spec? And I'm still not sure on how to get them on the piston. We broke a few of them taking the old ones off.

As for the oil squirters, those just get pounded in with a punch and hammer right? That's how I got them out ROFL

Wow if those come in an npr box they are about $40 on ebay. Check to see if the gap is in spec before installing them. If you have never put rings on a piston by hand, buy a ring expander from autozone, or you will break some.

I knew I could get some stuff for cheap on ebay, but I didn't want to skimp on the vital parts. If they are the same thing though thats a different story, I'll be pissed.
