installing hid kit in protector headlights

Hi everyone, I can't seem to figure out how to install an HID kit into my 1997 mitsubishi eclipse gsx "spider" protector headlights.

Also, If you guys can help me instal an HID kit into the OEM 97 eclipse gsx FOG lights.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated I'm driving around with no head or fog lights. ( not at night )

So... again, any help would be MUCH appreciated fellow DSMers.

anyone happen to be on HIDplanet? I joined weeks ago but still cant post. they dont answer emails or private messages. stuck in limbo with all sorts of questions. if anyone can shed some light that would be great.
