OK, i just read every thread that came up on a rear caliper search, and though the topic of pre 05/90 AWD rear brake caliper replacement came up, the question of whether or not you can replace sticking rear calipers from an early 1ga DSM installing the 'different' 91+ rear calipers was never truly answered.
I'm having trouble getting my hands on a set of remanufactured rear calipers for my 89 GSX at the parts store; all they stock is the post 05/90 caliper.
Will these 91+ rear calipers work??? Are they bolt on???
UPDATE: Autozone seems to think they have the right rear caliper, so I have ordered one. However, I'm interested to know whether there will be any issues bolting them on when they get here.
UP-UP-DATE:
Yes, the above statement about Autozone being able to get the correct caliper for the early modle 90 DSM is correct. I have been running them for a few weeks now with no problems.
