Ok i will be replacing my stock t-25 with a 14b thsi next weekend. I have the turbo, and the j pipe from the turbo.

What else do i need? I have hard IC pipes so will i need a different j pipe? i know i'll need an oil line, but i believe i can reuse my water lines. Anything else at all that i will need would be great including gaskets i'll need to replace and the ones i can probably reuse.

The lower S pipe( if you have the stock one) can be stretched to fit on the J pipe. Water lines can be reused, really easy to bend. I would leave the original gaskets as long as they are in good condition. If anything else is broken then fix it if not then you should be set.

ok i might be able to get a lower s pipe but if i cant what will i need to do to adapt my hard pipes?

you need to port the crap out of your turbine housing were the wastegate hole is if not boost creep might be in your near future. tuning will suck for your boost creep because when you get into the upper 20+ psi range its just blowing hot air and making no power. www.vfaq.com

There's even a tech article on a homebrew kit and install.

Please research before posting.
