I installed FIC 1120cc injectors to replace my old stock 450cc injectors. With the new injectors the car would start and rev high before dying completely. Accoriding to the data sheet that FIC gave me, I set my global fuel to -60.9% to match the average 1137cc flow rate on the data sheet. I also changed the InjBatteryAdj to match the voltage offsets values from the data sheet.
I tried changing back to my old 450cc injectors and reverted all the settings to before. This time the car would not start at all. I unbolted my fuel rail and tested that all the injectors were firing. Fuel pressure gauge reads 43.5 psi from activating the fuel pump. I checked for spark at all four cylinders. I checked the mechanical timing and realigned the CAS to TDC. The car cranks but does not start.
I put the FIC 1120cc injectors back in and inputed all the settings back. The car cranks but still does not start.
