It should provide cooling good enough for 15 to 20 lbs of boost at 80 degrees outside depending on the humidity. I think for 350 hp you'll be good. And it looks good. Just small

I do have a question about a boost tap for the wastegate on the turbo, should I get my boost source from the intake manifold or from the jpipe?if I tap the jpipe, do I NEED to have a boost controler or can I just connect the wastegate stright to a nipple off the jpipe?

EDIT: didnt see the pics of the front bumper on, Man you gotta bring that fmic down. You can obtain evo fmic pretty cheap and they look good. just an idea... the fmic looks like it should go on a eg hatch

I would tap the j pipe (closest to the turbo)

Boost controller is not needed and you can connect the j pipe to the wastegate and run at your wastegate lowest psi. Make a home depot boost controller and take advantage of that turbo.

as long as it dosnt hang below your bumper you are fine, i have yet to hit a curbo (knock on wood) No ho mo... no ho mo haha look into the evo fmic its cheap and will fit your needs

When it comes down to it, if you like how the gap looks its your cal. It seems to be a shame your taking away from the 2gb front bumper and intercooler with mesh.

My turbo is ported at the flapper and outlet, will that affect my boost if I run stright from the jpipe to wastegate.. I just ordered a bc a few mins ago, it's a Joe something boost controller

The porting will allow better flow, reduce boost creap and increase spool time. This has nothing to do with the boost source for the j pipe. (unless there is a boost leak and your waste gate isnt seeing enough air to open)

Consider ducting over a grill/mesh. It will be functional and surely would look better. Mesh or grills on these cars never turn out right.

your right, mesh grills always look tacky... any ideas on materials to consider? aluminum? hard plastic? duct tape and cardboard
