I just installed ym 255, and now it wibt start, i can hear it, and feal the gas running through the lines, but it just keeps turning over?

Spell check. I would check and make sure you are actually getting fuel pressure. Just by feeling it in the lines doesn't mean that you are getting it. Also it could be your injectors aren't firing. Check for fuel pressure and pull a plug wire off and check for spark. If it has spark and fuel pressure then your injectors aren't firing and it could be a CAS problem.

The common cause of this problem is simply not having all of your connectors connected properly. Go ahead and double check all your connections before you check anything else.

Do you know if you buy a walbro 255 without an aftermarket adjustable fuel pressure regulator it will overrun your stock fuel pressure regulator. This can cause really rich conditions and possibly cause starting problems.

Sounds like the fuel pump isnt getting pressure to the fuel rail. This has been an all too common problem during fuel pump installs and I think someone needs to add this to vfaq.

Pull the pump out and reseat the o-ring on top of it where it seats into the pickup assembly. The best option I have found is just replacing the o-ring with a short section of 3/8" fuel line. No chance or ripping or cocking the fuel line unlike the o-ring.
