Injector/tuning question

Alright guys so I'm looking at a 91 talon tsi fwd turbo. The motor is pulled and rebuilt I need to drop it in. My question is the car comes with rc550 injectors, will I need to tune it if I use them or not. The only upgrade is a 3inch exhaust. Do I need to tune it or can I just put them in and be done.or should I just buy a set of stock 450 injectors and use them.and I won't need a tune for the stock ones corect? I appreciate the help

I ran a 16g turbo on stock injectors with low boost settings for a while before i upped mine. you should be in the clear with the 550's.. I think the biggest factor here would be what your fuel pump is. if its a 255 then yes.. definitely tune.. ive seen 190 fuel pumps + 550 injectors with no tune. (ive done it too) The stronger the fuel pump, the more likely you'll need a tune. but all in all i think there is no need to buy stock injectors in this situation, itd be just a waste of money especially if you plan on wanting more hp.. EVERYONE DOES!. SLAP UM IN!
