Injector Resistor Wiring..WRONG COLORS?!

Alright I am doing my Nt/T conversion and am wiring the injector resistor pack following this

but when I opened the wiring harness I found different colors on the injectors.
Inj 1 //// Inj 2 //// Inj 3 //// Inj 4
Yellow //// Yellow //// yellow (black stripe) //// yellow (black stripe)
green //// green //// yellow (red stripe) //// yellow (blue stripe)

Its been a while since I did the swap but if I remember correctly that four out of the eight injector wires run through the harness and somewhere along the firewall they connect into one wire. Those are the four that you want. the other four go directly to the ecu so that it can control them. Someone fill in on this if you know anything. Is your car a 90?

the car is a 93..i noticed each pair has just a slightly bigger wire...dont know if it is significant but they may be the ones to cut

do you think i should just take a chance and splice into the thicker wires...?!?

From memory, it's the thicker of the two wires. I'm 90% sure on this.

Splice the large wire to the resistor pack wire, I am starting the same project just a little different.

i ran into the same thing when i converted my 90 galant gsx to turbo. to check for sure, get a voltmeter and probe one fo the wires with the switch on. the wire that has +12v is the one you want to splice into the resistor pack. check it on each plug unless you can correlate the wire you tested to the other 3 plugs.
