Is there a difference for deadtime with the 2 fuels? I know global settings change a lot but I am not sure if deadtime would change much since it is the on time of the injector, and I think it would be reasonably close right?

Should be the same.
Deadtime is just the time offset added to each injection pulsewidth to compensate for the time it takes for the injector to open. It's an attribute of each injector, if you don't change injectors, the voltage supplied to them or the base fuel pressure, then deadtime should stay relatively constant.

Alright thanks gentlman, I am gettin closer to tuning e85 just gettin some basic set up questions I have out of the way, next tank should be e85!
