2G Injector 2 Circuit Problem

I just did a 6-bolt swap in my '96 eclipse. I used the CAS wiring as shown here http://www.roadraceengineering.com/1gcasin2g95-96M2.htm

My CEL is now on throwing an Injector 2 Circuit Malfunction. I found out that my number 1 cylinder is not firing. I have spark and the injector is getting power. I switched out injectors and it runs the same. Any one experience this problem before?

I have the Injector 2 circuit code as well with my eprom ecu. the car doesnt start with the eprom, but starts with my stock ecu. and no its not because i didnt swap the wires around. Im wondering the same thing. Someone please chime us in.
