2G Injector Circuit Malfunction

Today I was driving normally and all of a sudden the magical CEL came on. I got home and plugged in the DSMLink cable. It gave me Code 203 Injector Circuit Malfunction. I did a search on the forums but came up with nothing.

Could this mean I need new injectors?
Or should I not worry and just clear the code?

There's a problem with injector #3. It could be the injector (open or short) or it may just be the connector is loose or may be ECU problem. Check connector first, then measure injector resistance (2-3 ohms). If ok swap with another injector and see effect.
