Ingalls front camber bolts (1g awd)

Hi. Looking to add up to 1deg negative camber to my front. I know you can do it with fancy expensive kits from Tein etc, but how are those bolts with the little cams on em?

Oh I know that, but do they at least work?

I don't need any fancy parts yet, but they have to work and not give other headaches.
