I'm running realy lean Need help !!!!

2day i drove my car around the block,and my wideband O2 sensor how me that I'm running really lean, the car loosing power and idles really horrible i don't know what the hell is wrong with it

my maf is pluged in if my maf is not pluged in ,so then the cel would come on

im almost for sure now. you need the base idle procedure im going to be doing it to my car within the next week hopfully so ill send you the directions when i get them from my uncle and ill bet you that will help

what if i go to the DSM shop (Turbotrix),how much they will charge me to fix my timing,because i really don't want to mess with it by my own, it seems very difficult to do that
BTW i think it has nothing to do with the base idle procedure,because my car is not boosting as good as it should be,running 17 PSI right now and it feels like im going 5-7 PSI

today i checked my timing marks on the cam gears.
every time when i start my engine,the cam gear teeths are in different place,here is the pictures:

is it suposed to be like that or is something wrong??

i start my engine three times in a row and posted those resylts og my timing

The cam gears are going to change position because they spin when the engine is running. First, find top dead center on the engine(line the notch in the harmonic balancer to the 0 on the plastic timing cover) and then follow this diagram for checking the timing marks on the cam gears.

is it one of the cams are spining faster then other one??

No, they are both spinning clockwise at the same speed but the inside of each will be going opposite of each other so they will change position in relation to each, if that makes sense.
