We can read lambda = 0.94
That means 94% of 14.7 = AFR 13.8 (!)
How is that posible???

My doubt is about AFR.
0.94 volts is 13.8 afr (that is in log i posted before)
If 12.5 : 1 is INSANE , how can be posible 13.8 : 1 ???:cry:

I was reading some info about lambda ratios and they said for example... 0.84 is 84% of 14.7.
Is this correct?
 
.94 volts isn't Lambda, it's the primary oxygen sensor voltage, it really doesn't mean anything.

Is that how you are calculating your a/f ratios? If you arent using a wideband o2 sensor to find a/f ratio then your tuning calculations could be a bit off.
Since you are tuning, you must have a logger, why dont you post up some logs and let us take a look.

Hey, do not confuse.
i have a logger, i have a Haltech ecu.
My AFR is 11.3.
Just i have a doubt because i was reading about o2 volts and lambda and many things to tune and i dindnt understand what is 0.84 or 0.94, because i only knows AFR like 12.5, 11.3 , etc.
Well please somebody explain why in my innovate wideband, when afr is on 12.4 apear 0.84 too... what is 0.84 and how can i tune with that number?

.84 is your o2 voltage. Some people use it to estimate a/f ratios, but its not a consistent method of tuning. If you have a wideband reading with your logger than just use that, narrowband o2 can be used for other things. I only use o2 voltage to make sure my car is switiching from open to closed loop operations and vice versa at the correct times, also to make sure it is alive and cycling properly. For any a/f ratio readings, i refer to my wideband, if you have the correct tool why not use it?

Last, remember that all cars arent the same. Just because you are at 12.4 wideband and .84v narrowband (o2 sensor) doesnt mean if someone else has o2 readings of .84 they have the same a/f ratio as you do. Many factors can come into play that will change o2 voltage.

The Innovate widebands can display Lambda and A/F ratio. 12.4:1 A/F is equal to .84 Lambda. If you are using gasoline then you divide your A/F ratio by 14.7 and that will give you the Lambda number. It's a nice feature if you are running someting other than regular gasoline, like Methanol, Ethanol, Propane, etc.

If you are only using gasoline as a fuel then you don't really need to pay much attention to Lambda. Some people prefer to tune using Lambda instead of A/F ratio, but for most it's easier to use A/F ratio.
