Idle Surging

Okay I've got a 92 n/a 2.0 and whenever i put the clutch in it starts to rev up and down... people have told me that there's a vacuum leak and it's my idle possitioning screw or something like that. Does anyone know what it is and where this problem is located? Also my dad works at a Towing and Repair shop and we hooked it up to a diagnostics computer and it said that the tps was bad and the maf sensor was also bad. We then replaced these and it still said that these were still bad. Just looking from some help to these questions... thanks

You have to clear the codes out of the ECU by disconnecting it or taking off the battery terminals after you put on the new parts.
