Put a new engine in this weekend, and when I start it up and let it idle, the idle surges. Rpm's go up and down up and down up and down. Anyone have any ideas? BTW I have a 95 N/T 420A motor. Thanks.

isc motor. you can also go to vfaq.com and look threw the four thingsthat cause idle surge
