Idle Surge after emission lines elimination.Need back to normal but forgot schematic

So i cut the lines on the 4 ports on the throttle body. i put a bit of rubber tubing on them and put a screw and clamp on there. I also screwed the other side of the lines i cut and now i'm getting an idle surge and it's really irritating me.

Can someone please give me the actual schematics on the emission lines so i can return it to normal? This idle surge pisses me off and i just want to have a normal idle again.

i have a emmisions removed from my car with no ill side affects. my best friends eclipse which is seriously a 500 hp monster has no emmisions and idles like a champ. you can tell its cam'd tho. i cant provide you with the diagrams to all of this because i simpilly just dont have them. the dsm bible has 'em tho. look in your chiltons book, theyre in it. if you dont have this book you can go to any parts house and buy it for like $17. the idle surge is almost garenteed to be comin from a vacum leak. these cars are picky with vacum leaks. when you remove the emmisions be totally comited to doing so. dont just go half way by pulling the vacume lines off. sounds like the screws you stuffed in there are leaking. get actualy vacume hose caps that are spacifically meant to block off the lil ports. if any thing do a vacume hose from one port to the other that eliminates two of 'em and then do it agin on the other two and there you go. the ones on throtle body are done. an engine only needs the bare essentials to run right. a engine DOESNT need all the enviormentally friendly BULL@%*!. do the egr block off plate. remove the charcoal canister. take off and properly block off all the vacume hoses. only thing you have to do is keep the electical connectors pluged in. you fuel pressure controll silonoide the boost controll silonoid so on and so. you dont NEED any of these vacume lines. when emissions are removed and done right the only vacume lines you should have should be comin off of the intake manni plenum. one to blow off valve, one to fuel pressure regulator, one to boost gauge and of course the 3/8" one to brake booster. i garenntee if you check for vacume leaks you will find them. fix this and be totally comited to removing the emmisions system. other wise refer to chiltens book for factory stock specs. good luck

Hope Taboo works, just so you know all the vacuum lines are right under my hood on a sticker. Could be on yours too?

On the taboo diagram it shows the purge control solenoid running the two hoses behind the intake manifold into two ports (where mine has 4 ports) and it runs out the other side on two hoses but then they both tee off right after the ports therefore i have two extra hoses just sitting there and i don't know where they go. I'm pretty sure these two left over hoses are what's causing my vaccum leak and i don't know what to do with them.

I have all the lines hooked up like in the diagram except for these mysterious hoses that tee off exactly after (like 3 inches) the ports on the passenger side. These tee offs are not explained anywhere and it's screwing me up.

whats the purpose of bypassing the emisions. i'v got a 95 rs and the previous owner did this. i just never knew its purpose
