I have been having high idle after a drive around. It seems to idle fine when I start the car, and then cools down to 750-1000, no surges, but when i take a drive around and when im siting somwhere in neuteral its at like 2k its nuts and loud. Anyone have any ideas to what it could be? I cleaned my TB and poped it back in and no idle dif. Then i adjusted my Biss and still ildes like crazy, but only after a drive around.

Check your ias or o2 sensor, if there are any codes that will tell you right there, my car did the same thing, ended up being the o2.

after you drive it around for a while and it starts to do that, tap on the gas while you're in neutral and stopped. if you can do that a couple of times and it revs, then goes back down to normal (or down any) it's probably your ISC (aka IAC motor, etc) that's what mine did. it'd idle at 2k - 2500. I'd rev it and it'd fall back down. changed the ISC, all better. :thumb:

oh, and the isc won't throw a code.

good luck
