Idle problem in park or neutral

Looking over the forums it looks like it might be the FIAV. Now, I can let it idle all day long and no problem. If I get in, go for a ride and put it in park when I get to the house, boom, idles high at around 2k rpm. Other than that the car is running great. Thanks for help

Any ideas? If it was the FIAV, it should not do it if it is warm correct? I'm just confused on what it could be.

Fixed it. Replaced with the isc from my 92 tsi. Works perfectly!!
