What is the higher safest RPM Rev I can make while stationary in Park or Neutral?

The most important thing to look out for is your engine temperature and oil pressure. If both of those are fine then revving is ok... not that I would bang it off of rev limiter all the time, but revving it here and there for fun isn't a problem.

That being said, if you're wondering how high you can set the rev limiter to before you start causing damage to the engine, I have no idea
