anyone happen to have a list of all the lights in the cluster and what they mean?
for instance the check engine light.. i got a weird looking light and i cant figure out what it means.. its on the right side of the cluster.. it looks like a half full square with wavey water in it :p

... it looks like a half full square...
And all this time I was thinking it was half empty.

You know, this would be a good opportunity for a newbie to get some rep points. If you can show all the warning lights and their position on the panel, it would be a great addition to the FAQ's.

my 95 gsx has been throwing a dummy light the last few days that comes on and turns back off within seconds. I added half a quart oil, added coolant to resevoir, checked powersteering, and added brake fluid (much needed) all of which had no effect on the dummy light. anyway, don't mind the lame drawing, it's the best i could come up with, but here is a pic of the exact dummy light. By the way this particuliar dummy light is located on the right side of the guage cluster above the factory engine temp guage:

Looks like the radiator light. Mine always stays on. A faulty sensor is to blame in my situation. Everything works fine, it just won't turn off. Perhaps it will burn out eventually and leave me alone LOL!

I know these pictures are in that other link... But some people are lazy...:thumb:
