Identify these bearings!

Ok so I was digging through my DSM parts box trying to organize things a little when I came across these bearings(so I think they're bearings). They say Koyo KCISI8SOO on them and have a pack of C clips with them. And when I Google'd Koyo it said they make bearings(hence the reason I think they're bearings). I typed in the part number, but everything came up in Japanese..

They're about the size of shifter bushings
