2G ideling like crap, low vac 10 or less, lean at idle

Okay this is really getting annoying, my car idles like absolute crap. Im pretty sure the timing jumped or something, my boost gauges wiggles like crazy at idle, and it will drop low passed 900 rpm and even 750 rpm. I have to flick the gas to keep it going. Once the car is warmed up, it idles high, 1200, 1300 even 1500 sometimes.

did boost leak test, came out fine, and for the running lean at idle, should i adjust my fpr?

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Are there any vaccum leaks?

im pretty sure no vac. leaks, and yeah there a gauge on my fpr. its a fuel labs one.
