2G running lean and rough while at idle

Hi guys, I just recently started my car back up after it sitting for 7 months while I've been gone. On the initial start up it seems to be fine, but after a couple minutes, the rpms drop a little, surges slightly, and it runs lean. While driving around its fine, but if I shift into neutral to come to a stop, it idles rough and is lean again. This is for my 1995 TSi AWD. All mods are listed in my profile if needed for any reason. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd say the issue is fuel related due to how long that fuel has been sitting. I would drain the fuel, refill, and add a fuel cleaning additive and some isopropyl alcohol (As a drying agent).

Yeah, that's the problem with fuel that cut with ethanol. It wreaks havoc on fuel systems in a short period of time.
