Ideal engine running temp?

Mine runs around 200 degrees, during pulls it'll get up to 210 or so at the most.

A stock 1g has a 195* thermostat with the fans kicking on around 203* so anywhere between 195-210* is normal depending on weather and driving (city, highway, racing).

Lol depends... I cant get my temps above 170 unless i do LOTS of pulls... Temps stated above are normal.... But car will make more power and be safer with temps a bit lower.. I try and keep them around 180 and no more then 200. for power and safety.. High temps will make the car pull timing and will also make the car more likely to knock/preignite ..
