IAC Valve & Crankshaft Sensor

Well Its been a couple of months and I just got my car back running. So I just installed my IAC Valve and my crankshaft sensor. Now my car is fluctuating during idle from 1K to 2K rpms. When I drive it starts off at 2K rpms. I reset my ecu a couple of times. Second when i drive my CEL flashes and comes on I do the key method because my electrical is all f'd up and I get code 43. So my first question is how to get my IAC valve to act properly and my second question is do i have to do anything special when installing Crankshaft Sensor

Try replacing the TPS on the throttle body. Usually if the crank sensor is bad, it will throw off the IAC motor and the TPS on the throttle body. If you replaced the crank sensor and the IAC motor, then the TPS is what is messing with your idle.
