alright guys.... i got a 4g63 engine with 1g intake.... so i was replacing IAC... you know there are 2 bolts to hold the IAC right... so i broke the bold into 2 pieces the other piece stayed in the TB..... .... when i put all the parts together..... i heard like hissing sound.... could that be the IAC or just vaccum that i forgot to put back:hmm:..... alright...

Without more specific detail, I can only speculate, but it sounds like the IAC isn't sealing properly. Did you drill the old stud out and run a tap through the hole?

If you broke the bolt off and can't get another one in, the IAC wont be mounted tightly enough for the gasket to seal properly. You will need to drill the old stud out if you haven't already done so, run a tap through the hole, then get a new bolt. Unless there is enough of the bolt left to get on it with a pair of vice grips. If that is the case, lock onto the leftover bolt as tightly as you can, spray it with a crapload of PB Blaster, and try to turn it out by hand. Then run a tap through it to clean up any damaged threads, and install a new bolt. You may have to take the TB off to fix this properly (makes life much easier, and you can replace the TB gasket while you are at it :D)

but that can caused by IAC right.... cause i only have 1 bolt installed....... thanks for help tho... awesome writing......

ok i dno if this is my iac creating this problem or not, but whenever i Run my a/c my motor loads down bad. i have idle set around 850-1000 depending. but when a/c is ran it idles down to 600-675. and shakes horribly.

No problem :) If you only have the 1 bolt installed, I suggest fixing that. As stated, without it being secured properly with both bolts, it is likely that the gasket isn't and won't seal properly, allowing un-metered/too much airflow to get in past the gasket.

Again, remove what is left of the old bolt by either drilling it out or with vice grips, run a tap through it (make sure you get the right tap for the right bolt, you don't want to mix course thread with a fine thread tap or vice versa ;)) to clean the threads up. Make sure when you run the tap through that you use cutting oil (or at least keep it wet with penetrating oil if you don't have any cutting oil). This will help to keep the metal shavings out of the bolt hole, as well as help the tap to cut easier.

There are lots of threads on this.
First, unless you have a EPROM ECU with a custom chip, DSMLink or some other software that allows you to reprogram the idle speed the car has to idle at 750 RPM for the ISC to even begin to have a chance at working.

If The engine loads down when the AC is turned on, then the ISC isn't functioning.

There are many reasons why, some simple some complex, but the solution all starts with checking the ISC coil resistance, and cleaning the TB. If the coils are good the next step is to see if the ECU homes the pintle when you turn the ECU on.

There is a video showing what a good ISC should do. Watch it and compare to yours.

BTW, if you going to hijack a thread at least pick one closer to your actual problem. If you're not missing a bolt for your ISC you're in the wrong thread.
