The sad part is this is all true, and the battery tied down ? I had not noticed that either .... I just wanted the car ... I was stupid becuase Igot it so cheap ( price including the $250 rebate for missing intake $4,750 )

I think I will take pictures of everything from now on and ask you guys at the risk of being the forum clown at least I will know better before I do something else foolish .....

and I yeah maybe I should go back for the " missing Turbo " but my negotiating skills are not that good ......:D

This is what I'd do: spend $40 and build yourself an intake with some hose from home depot and a k&n and some clamps.

drop $10 on a battery tiedown, or at least some bungee cords for now.

buy some cheap oil to throw in there to clean out all the crap and bugs the car has sucked in along with a mitsu oil filter. After 50 miles change it out with some good oil and a new filter.

buy a nice shiny DTM fartpipe off ebay for around $35.

get a front strut bar, around $50.

drop the last $50 on a full inspection at a service shop you trust, or a couple cases of beer and a haynes manual, and have a couple friends over to help you give the car an inspection.

thanks everyone for the advice, riducle and jokes ... last night I went to HP Motorsports on Bird Road ( MIAMI) and picked up a CAI for the car ... I feel a little safer and it looks and sounds cool but my exhaust is so loud I can barely hear anything. I was told that I have aftermarket exhaust. I mabe be looking a factory one or one less loud .... here are the pics ....
