What am I missing here? Please Help.

I have noticed that I am missing something that goes to my head cover.It is located on the left side, Its a hole that lightly blows out air. I have no idea what it does or what goes there. I see other cars have like a vacuum line going to it or something like that.

What is it for? What does it do?
If I have nothing there, does it effect my engine?
What do I need to buy?
How do I fix this?

That is part of your evac system for your crank case if im not mistaken

Line normally comes out of there down to your intake tube pre turbo, or into your catch can...

Its were one of the cam cover breathers come out.

I would at least put a small filter on it. The best thing to do is put a catch can system on it. You could also put a line back to your intake pre turbo if you have the nipple for it.

In the stock configuration, there should be a nipple there, with a hose that leads to the snorkel.

Is that just a blind hole? Shine a light in there.

If you can get the right outer diameter silicone hose, you can rig that up without a nipple.

Oh yeah. Most importantly, make sure you don't have a bare (uncapped) nipple on your snorkel.

You can find the nipple at napa. The "snorkel" is what that guy is calling the intake(pre-turbo). Right behind the filter.
