I know my 60ft times aren't great, but my speeds late are what's kind of making me wonder. The 2nd run, my lower intercooler pipe blew off around the 1000ft marker, and ever since then I couldn't hit lower than 15.7 again.

Again, given a little bit better launches, shouldn't I be running close to 15 flat or high 14's? Oh, I shifted around 5500RPM's as well. Wondered about that, but since thats around where boost drops, I figured that would be the best spot to shift. Thanks!

You should be trapping higher but it all depends on your shifts too, I think 5500 might be a little too early. Try sticking with it about 500RPMS more. All I have is intake, exhaust, MBC set to 14 PSI and boost leaks and still managed 97-99MPH with AWD. Granted I have a 14b conpared to the T25- but you should be going faster, check for boost leaks. I fixed mine and gained a good 2-3mph and felt a difference. Friend went 106MPH with the same mods and a FMIC with pump gas, and an AFC to tune a little with. Mine had no tuning

I've started to wonder if making my pipes larger shifted my RPM range. Can someone confirm that? If thats the case, then yeah, you'd be right about shifting too early. I know I won't trap 99, but I'd imagine I should be trapping around 95-96.

No, I believe anything to make the engine flow better will make the T25 drop boost sooner because the VE demands on the engine increase.

I would do all the basic test's, Boost Leak, Compression etc. to make sure everything is in good shape.

Next time experiment with different shift points and see what works best.
